Job summary

Recruitment Helpline Ltd in Warrington is seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare cost estimates, manage project finances, and maintain detailed records for steelwork contracts. You will liaise with clients and contractors to ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.

The role requires the ability to handle multiple projects, strong numeracy, and clear written and verbal communication. This is a full-time, office-based position with salary negotiable according to experience.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Construction and Steel work industries.
• Previous experience of an Estimating role.
• Detailed knowledge of interpreting the technical elements and requirements of the engineered drawings.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Strong numeracy and computer skills.
• Possess a clean full UK Driving Licence (as some site visits may be required)
• Salary negotiable
• Full time permanent onsite
• Good understanding of JCT & NEC contracts
