Sulzer is seeking a Steam Turbine Technical Field Authority to lead technical oversight for steam turbine work across the UK Service Network. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role shaping overhauls, upgrades, repairs and field service mobilisations.
You’ll work remotely with UK travel as required, providing expert guidance to Sulzer Service Centres, driving improvements in engineering standards and turbine performance.
Sulzer is a leading engineering company with a proud heritage of innovation.
To support our growth plans, we’re looking for a Steam Turbine Technical Field Authority who will play a critical, high-impact role in developing, delivering, and shaping our steam turbine offering across Sulzer’s UK Service Network. If you want to grow your career, take on complex turbine challenges, and be backed by real investment and real capability, this is where you’ll thrive. At Sulzer, you’ll be part of a team with one of the UK’s most advanced high-speed balancing capabilities, handling rotors up to 50 tonnes, supported by 14 specialist Service Centres equipped with cutting-edge rotating equipment expertise.
This is not just another field role. This is a key technical authority position at the centre of Sulzer’s expanding Steam Turbine capability, working directly with customers, influencing project scope, and supporting major steam turbine overhauls, upgrades, repairs, and field service mobilisation. You’ll be the technical expert our teams rely on. The person customers trust. And the driving force behind the success of UK-wide steam turbine projects.
This is a fully remote, home-based role that gives you full autonomy over your diary and time, with travel across the UK as required.
