Miller & Carter Oracle in Reading is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train a team, manage stock, ordering, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

You’ll be responsible for delivering great food from a branded menu, driving results with your team, and promoting a culture where guests feel welcome. The role offers flexible shifts, staff discounts, and progression opportunities.
