In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of statutory compliance related to managing and letting our homes are met, including annual fire inspections, cyclical gas and electric safety checks, asbestos management plans, legionella compliance, and more. This role is key to ensuring our Housing Landlord Services meet both Health and Safety and Regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: We are seeking someone with an HNC/HND in a building-related subject or demonstrable experience in monitoring or managing statutory compliance, health and safety, or compliance within the construction industry or social housing.
