Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the audit accounts inbox, prioritise emails and meet deadlines.
• Maintain the corporate workflow document to identify delivery issues early and communicate changes.
• Manage workloads for assistants and ensure smooth operations during audit and account assignments.
• Conduct first reviews of prepared accounts and amendments before submission to the audit team for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare consolidated accounts, compiling workings and liaising with audit teams for clarity.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on corporate work processes.
• Attend meetings with audit managers across offices to foster communication and continuous improvement.
