R&D Partners is seeking a Manager, Statistical Sciences in the United Kingdom to lead a team of statisticians across clinical research and product development. You will drive statistical excellence and provide both technical and people leadership to deliver scientifically robust insights that support patient outcomes worldwide.

The role requires expert statistical knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external regulators.

Competenze

• Degree qualified in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams with coaching and development.
• Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
• Expertise in statistics, analytics, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with team leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Lead and coordinate statistical support across clinical research and product development programmes, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.
