Job summary

Bicycle Therapeutics is seeking a strategic and technical leader to head the statistical programming function in the United Kingdom. You will drive delivery of high-quality data and analyses across the clinical portfolio, mentor a team of programmers, and partner with Biostatistics and Clinical Development to support trials and regulatory submissions.

You will establish SOPs, govern CROs, ensure inspection-ready documentation, and help set long-term strategy for resources, technology, and talent

Qualifications

Deep expertise in statistical programming within biotech/pharma settings.
Proven track record leading programming strategy for clinical development, preferably oncology.
Experience with SAS and CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM) for regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for statistical programming deliverables and ensure timelines, quality, and compliance.
Oversee CROs and external vendors with governance for high-quality, timely deliverables.
Mentor and develop programmers and align team goals with department objectives.
