We are currently partnered with a Global Mid-sized Pharmaceutical Company who are seeking a Statistical Programmer to join their Programming department. You would be working for a pharmaceutical company offering a full remote role and they have a good retention rate in the industry. They are looking for a candidate with 8+ years of Statistical Programming experience and extensive Oncology experience. Substantial experience in clinical data standards ADAMS, TLFs, and submission guidelines, and hands-on programming experience within one or more statistical/data science programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, or Python).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and communicate project goals, timelines, and milestones.
2. Identify project interdependencies and potential constraints.
3. Assign roles and hold stakeholders accountable to meet project outcomes on time and within budget.
4. Ability to read, analyze, and communicate large and small amounts of data effectively, including teaching/explaining data-driven results to others.
5. Substantial experience in clinical data standards ADAMS, TLFs, and submission guidelines.
6. Hands-on programming experience within one or more statistical/data science programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, or Python).
7. Knowledge of the data science lifecycle and process flow (e.g., ETL, data quality, statistical data analysis, machine learning, data randomization).
8. Knowledge of study documents such as Protocol, SAP, TLF specs, and data specification.
9. 3+ years experience working with oncology.
