Job Description:

Role: Station Systems Technician (Level 4) - On-site, United Kingdom

Join Telent's Engineering Team to innovate and develop solutions that impact national infrastructure. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex and critical tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, Help Points, and CIS screens
  • Perform planned, remedial, or corrective maintenance
  • Maintain SISS assets and ensure station communication faults are reported and resolved
  • Use field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
  • Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completion

Qualifications and Skills:

This is an entry-level role suited for hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail health & safety procedures is preferred.

  • CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
  • Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
  • Problem-solving and fault-finding skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Availability to work 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between 6am-6pm and 12pm-12am
