What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading teams across multiple service areas including cleaning, technical servicing, and ground support
  • Driving high performance and maintaining strong service standards
  • Managing daily operations, solving problems on the go, and keeping things moving smoothly
  • Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with airport procedures
  • Building strong relationships with partners, staff, and stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading teams in a busy, operational environment
  • Strong people management and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to adapt quickly
  • Good understanding of health & safety (any regulated industry experience is a plus)
  • Confidence in communication and decision-making
  • Full UK manual driving licence
