Job Title – Station Manager – Car Rentals

Job Location – Fareham – Hampshire

Salary – £25k – £26k basic with a £32k OTE + Car + Benefits

Our client is recruiting a Station Manager. You will have full responsibility for your rental location to ensure your team delivers world-class customer service.

In the role, you will motivate and inspire a team daily and work to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

You must demonstrate a passion for developing others as well as yourself.

They need you to performance manage your team to drive sales and service whilst ensuring your branch is up to date with all back-office administration.

It is essential that you understand the challenges of the rental and sales sector, reaching KPIs and targets, and delivering your work to the highest standards.

Our client is looking for someone with experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, Sales Manager, Business Manager, Cluster Manager, or Area Manager.
