Station Administrator

Location: Manchester Airport, Office Based 5 days per week

Contract: Type: Permanent

Are you ready to be at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated Station Administrator to provide efficient and effective local administrative support and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

As a Station Administrator, you will tackle diverse responsibilities that make a real difference:

  • Manage security interviews, issue job offers, prepare contracts, and guide new employees through their first days, including biometric enrolment and referencing.

  • Handle airport ID passes, vehicle permits, and trade tool permits with precision.

  • Ensure employees are equipped with uniforms, tools, and key insights, while maintaining meticulous personnel records (both paper and digital).

  • Manage meeting minutes, office supplies, invoice administration, and hotel, flight, and car bookings for unregistered employees.

  • Navigate GDPR, payroll adjustments, pension opt-outs, and trade union documentation with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Strong administration experience.
  • Experience within the aviation industry would be desirable but not essential.
  • Confidence in using O365 SharePoint, MS Office tools, and Dayforce.

  • Build relationships with ease and bring a friendly approach to every interaction.
