To continue driving process excellence within our Last Mile Delivery business, we are seeking a Station ACES Manager. This role involves analyzing current processes, collaborating with teams to improve them, and ensuring continuous growth and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze data and gather stakeholder feedback to identify operational inefficiencies.
  2. Establish frameworks to optimize trade-offs between quality, speed, and cost.
  3. Propose and implement process improvements.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and data-driven solutions for long-term improvements.
  5. Ensure year-on-year growth in shipped volume.
A Day in the Life

You will focus on strategic objectives such as efficiency and reliability, leading projects to standardize and improve processes. Regular communication with senior management and stakeholders will be essential to define requirements and update on progress. You will also lead a team, addressing challenges through data analysis and process improvements.

About The Team

The Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES) team works to enhance the logistics experience through high-impact initiatives, including launching new programs and technology solutions across Europe. Our work involves process analysis, waste reduction, and supporting field operations to meet customer demand efficiently and safely.

Basic Qualifications
  • A degree in business, engineering, supply chain, transportation, mathematics, economics, physics, or a related technical field.
  • At least two years of experience in supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting.
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Proven analytical thinking and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Skills in analytical tools and SQL.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
