A leading healthcare provider is seeking an adaptable Hand Therapist to deliver high-quality care to patients with various hand conditions in an outpatient setting. Candidates should demonstrate strong prioritization and communication skills. The role involves assessing and managing a diverse caseload while supporting junior staff. Comprehensive training will be offered, with a commitment to developing clinical skills and enhancing service delivery.
You will be involved in providing high-quality Hand Therapy to a diverse case mix. While a good knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and splinting skills is desirable, full training will be provided. You will be supported in developing your clinical skills within the team.
We seek someone adaptable to a changing environment who can work effectively in a busy outpatient department, demonstrating strong prioritization, delegation, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The service is evolving, and you will be expected to actively participate in its development.
