Static Building Services Engineer

Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £38,590

A leading facilities management provider has an exciting opportunity for a Static Building Services Engineer to join their team at a busy, high-profile distribution centre. This role is part of a major new contract win and offers long-term security, varied day-to-day work, and the chance to be part of a growing, respected company!

The successful Static Building Services Engineer will:

1. Carry out regular PPMs on all mechanical plant and electrical systems.
2. Attend breakdowns on all mechanical plant and electrical systems.
3. Complete PPMs on AHUs, FCUs, and other mechanical plant.
4. Perform reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
5. Participate in a callout rota of 1 in 5, with a standby payment of £140 a week.

This position offers a salary of up to £38,590 plus callout payments, 25 days holiday, and bank holidays.

To qualify for this role, you must:

• Hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
• Ideally have an NVQ in Electrical Installations (not essential).
• Have experience in facilities and building maintenance, with good knowledge of mechanical plant and general building services.
