Static Building Services Engineer
Northampton
Up to 38,590
A leading facilities management provider has an exciting opportunity for a Static Building Services Engineer to join their team at a busy, high–profile distribution centre. This role comes as part of a major new contract win, and offers long–term security, varied day–to–day work, and the chance to be part of a growing, respected company!
The successful Static Building Services Engineer will:

• Carrying out regular PPMs on all mechanical plant and electrical systems.
• Attending breakdowns on all mechanical plant and electrical systems.
• Completing PPMs on AHUs, FCUs and other mechanical plant.
• Complete reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
• Participate in a callout rota of 1 in 5, with a standby of 140 a week.
• Static Building Services Engineer will be paid up to 38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

To qualify for this position as a Static Building Services Engineer, you must:

• Hold 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential), and ideally an NVQ in Electrical Installations (not essential).
• Have experience in facilities and building maintenance, and good knowledge of mechanical plant and general building services.

The Static Building Services Engineer will be on 38,590 + Callout + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
