Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer

A leading FM company with contracts in high-end offices, and other commercial buildings, as well as high-end residential properties, currently have a key requirement for an experienced Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer based in Central London, near Blackfriars, paid 45K Basic depending on experience. As a Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer, you will be:

• Carrying out regular PPM's on all Mechanical plant and assisting with Electrical systems.
• Attending breakdowns on all Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Completing PPM's on AHU's, FCU's, and other mechanical plant.
• Completing reactive plumbing work and maintenance.
• Being part of a 2-man team on site.

Requirements for the Static Multi–skilled Building Services Engineer:

• Experience in PPM's on all Mechanical and Electrical plant room equipment.
• An NVQ/City Guilds in Plumbing or Electrical.
• Fault finding and repair experience on all Mechanical and Electrical plant.
