Static Maintenance Engineer

My client is currently recruiting for a maintenance engineer with a plumbing or mechanical background, qualified to level 2, with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Health

Duties include: all ppm and reactive maintenance on pipework, DHW, LPHW, closed loop heating, checks on plant, pumps, motors, AHU, and fan coil checks, as well as general mechanical duties such as TMVs and other responsibilities.

Salary: £36,000, plus overtime, call out, and company benefits.

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
