Static Maintenance Engineer - SW London

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (occasional out-of-hours work)

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with experience towards Electrical to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple prestigious commercial properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Respond to reactive maintenance calls and provide excellent service
• Conduct AHU & FCU filter changes and plant room checks (motors, pumps, BMS)
• Maintain hot & cold-water systems and complete L8 water temp checks
• Keep logbooks up to date and adhere to Health & Safety regulations

You Need:

• 3+ years in a similar maintenance role
• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (or higher)
• Good knowledge of Building M&E, HVAC, and plumbing
• IPAF/PASMA & First Aid (beneficial)
• L8 Legionella Awareness (desirable)
