Qualifications

• F-GAS certification and NVQ qualifications.
• Extensive HVAC and Building Services experience.
• Proven track record in on-site maintenance and client liaison.
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks on site.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site.
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments.
• Provide further works reports where required.
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required.
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information.
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes.
