Static HGV Mechanic (OTE 53K - 60K)
£45,000 - £49,000 + Unlimited Overtime at 1.5x + Bonus Scheme + Days Based + Training + Progression

Are you a HGV Mechanic, Technician or similar looking for a long-term, workshop based, days only role working a 9 day fortnight?

Do you want the option to work overtime, with realistic earnings of 53K-60K and an unlimited amount of extra hours to pick up to boost earnings?

On offer is the opportunity to work within a logistics company maintaining their fleet of Class 1 vehicles. They also have some external clients through their brilliant reputation for excellent repair and MOT pass rates.

This days-based role will see you working from a workshop in Chorley, alongside a team of 9 other technicians. You'll be conducting routine planned maintenance, inspections and breakdowns that can include full engine rebuilds. Training on a Class 1 Licence and LOLER certification will be provided. The company work a 9-day fortnight, giving you an extra day off every 2 weeks.

Week 1: Tuesday - Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 7am-11am (1.5x)
Week 2: Monday - Thursday 7am-6pm

The Role:

1. Servicing, Maintaining and Repairing HGV's
2. Unlimited overtime available paid at 1.5x
3. Fortnightly Shift pattern, 4.5 days week one, 4 days week two
4. Working two Saturday mornings per month
5. Hourly rate of £18 - £19.50

The Person:

1. HGV Mechanic / Technician
2. Happy to work two Saturday mornings per month
3. Commutable to Chorley
