Static Fabric Technician – Kensington & Chelsea – 40K

I am currently representing a leading building services and construction specialist company who have a exciting new opportunity for a Fabric Technician to work on a static site in Kensington & Chelsea.

You will be providing day to day reactive works by providing a comprehensive range of fabric services helping ensure the business delivers their contract efficiently.

Duties on site:

  • Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
  • Minor plumbing and carpentry
  • Clearing or cleaning general areas
  • Shifting furniture or equipment
  • Assembling furniture or equipment
  • Painting and decorating
  • Changing filters on air conditioning systems
  • Maintaining property exterior through the different seasons
  • Plant & BMS status checks
  • Hosting & escorting sub contractors
The ideal candidate would have:
  • Minimum City and guilds across various disciplines such as carpentry/joinery, painting and decorating, plumbing or equivalent
  • Minimum of industry experience of 2 years +
  • Experience of managing fabric repairs within a commercial setting.
