I am currently representing a leading HVAC specialist who is in search of a Static Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join one of their sites in Leicester. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing planned maintenance and servicing, working alongside a team of experienced engineers.

The company, with three UK offices and established in 2002, offers building performance assets, maintenance solutions, and capital projects across the UK. They primarily work with retail, hotel, leisure, and multi-tenanted office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a background in building services or commercial maintenance.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Assembling, relocating, or dismantling furniture and fittings
  • Ensuring all maintenance tasks comply with health and safety standards and regulations
  • Supporting weekly and monthly compliance checks (e.g., emergency lighting, fire exits, water flushing)

This role is based on a 40-hour week, with a shift pattern from 7:00 to 15:30 (flexible). No call-outs are required, as coverage is provided by a mobile team.

Benefits include:

  • £31,000-£32,000 basic salary
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Pension, Life Assurance, and Sick Pay schemes
  • Tools, phone, PPE provided
