A Static Fabric Engineer is required by a leading hard service FM maintenance contractor specializing in fabric renovations within commercial buildings. The static fabric technician will be looking after 2 buildings (next door to each other), one of which is a grade 2 listed building, so experience in looking after these buildings is a must.

As the Successful Static Fabric Engineer, you will be:

1. Commutable distance of Blackfriars.
2. Completing painting and decoration to a high-level finish.
3. Completing basic electrical tasks.
4. Assisting on-site engineers.
5. Completing carpentry work, i.e., floor matching and hanging doors.

To be successful as the Static Fabric Engineer, you must have:

1. Fabric and Building Services experience.
2. A qualification in Painting and Decorating.
3. Ability to be commutable distance of Blackfriars.
4. Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.

You will benefit from a basic salary of up to £40k per annum, 20 days holiday + bank holidays, and a travel package + pension.
