Overview

Static Electrical Maintenance engineer – Woolwich (company van also provided) £43/45k – APPLY TODAY

My client are a mechanical and electrical engineering company who have been in operation for over 35 years providing M&E solutions to their end clients. They now seek a static electrically biased engineer to be based at Royal Arsenal Woolwich Development. The development is a large mixed use development where my clients look after the communal areas and plant rooms only.

Responsibilities
  • NVQ Level 3 electrical installation qualifications or equivalent.
  • Mechanical plant room experience required.
  • Inspection & testing experience would be preferable but not essential.
  • Carrying out electrical repairs and installation works.
  • Experience in the maintenance industry, fault finding, diagnosis and repairs of electrical equipment and AOVs.
  • Carry out PPM testing on fire alarms, AOVs, emergency lighting and work alongside mechanical and AC engineers.
  • Communicate effectively with estate managers and residents; well presented and polite.
  • Familiar with using job sheet software on a mobile device.
  • Own hand tools and voltage meter; specialised equipment will be provided.
  • Clean driving licence advantageous.
