Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Static Building Services Engineer for a full-time, on-site role on a large static site in Cambridgeshire. The engineer will work within a three-person team to cover building services maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant, including fan coils, AHUs, and plant rooms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong building services background, be based within commuting distance to Fulbourn, hold at least a Level 2 electrical or mechanical

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial building services maintenance.
• Based in a commutable location to the Fulbourn area of Cambridgeshire.
• Holding a minimum of a Level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification.
• Good team player.
• Experienced in working on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Willing to cover a small amount of out of hours if asked.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fan coil, AHU, and plant room equipment.
• Work as part of a three-engineer team on a large static site.
• Cover a small amount of out-of-hours shifts if required.
• On-site 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

Job DescriptionPosition: Static Building Services EngineerLocation: CB21 area of CambridgeshireSalary: From £43,000 to £45,000 subject to experience levelDuration: PermanentWe are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position on a large static site in Cambridgeshire.This engineer will be working in a team of three skilled engineers covering all areas of this large static siteThe site is occupied by multiple businesses mainly in an office capacity.The right person for this position will already have a strong building services maintenance background. They need to have experience dealing with electrical and mechanical plant as well as putting their hand to other general maintenance.We do need this engineer to have a lot of experience dealing with fan coil, ahu and plant room maintenance.
