CBSbutler is seeking an experienced BMS Static Service Engineer to join a leading BMS business on a key commercial site in Central London.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-find on Trend and Tridium/Niagara systems, optimise existing BMS installations, and liaise with clients and facilities teams, with thorough service reports and documentation.
