A leading procurement firm in London is seeking a SoW Business Partner to manage the Statement of Work process. This role requires strong procurement skills and experience in customer-facing environments. You will oversee stakeholder relationships, validate SOW requests, and ensure compliance with service standards. Candidates should have a solid understanding of contract law and UK procurement regulations. The position is hybrid with occasional travel.
Location: London, hybrid with occasional travel to other UK locations
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end Statement of Work process. This includes building strong relationships with stakeholders to shape requirements early, validating and clarifying new SOW requests, and leading procurement activities through to negotiation and approval. You'll oversee SOW delivery to ensure milestones and service standards are met, manage change notices, and support supplier onboarding including MSA and rate card negotiations. A strong focus on operating model compliance and delivering against customer KPIs is essential.
