The GenAIID's mission is to drive startup innovation by making AWS the preferred GenAI platform for startups to experiment, build, and scale their products. We are a team of strategists, scientists, engineers, and architects working closely with leading startups across GenAI model providers, tooling, and applications. We partner with startups to address their infrastructure needs, evolve their products, and integrate GenAI into their SaaS applications, providing guidance on responsible and cost-efficient AI practices.

We seek an experienced, business-oriented technologist with a balance of business knowledge, interpersonal skills, and technical expertise in analytics, machine learning, and generative AI, with startup experience. As a GenAI strategist, you will assess startup needs, explore capabilities, develop roadmaps, and engage with founders and ecosystem players to deliver business value and establish AWS as a thought leader in emerging tech.

You will act as a startup advocate, understanding their needs, and improving program scope and customer experience. Responsibilities include leading large-scale engagements from ideation to delivery, exploring technological possibilities, and transforming insights into business opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• Professional experience with startups
• Technical experience in LLM, Machine Learning, AI, and GenAI
• Experience adopting GenAI solutions and tooling
• Experience in management consulting or advisory roles

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in product functions within a GenAI startup
• Passion for educating and building solutions for diverse customers
• Advanced degrees (MBA, MS)
• Experience launching complex programs involving big data, analytics, AI, and ML
