Job summary

Reading Industrial Pertemps is seeking a Small Business Loan Advisor in Reading to guide applicants through the Start-Up Loan process and evaluate funding applications. You will review business plans, forecasts and documents, assess cash flow and business viability, and provide guidance to applicants.

Strong communication, analytical ability and proficiency in Excel are essential; CRM experience (Zoho/Salesforce) is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse financial information and assess applications.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicants throughout the Start-Up Loan application process.
• Review business plans, financial forecasts and supporting documentation.
• Assess affordability, cash flow and overall business viability.
• Make funding recommendations in line with credit policies.
• Provide advice and guidance to applicants.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work towards KPIs and targets.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
