SetSales is seeking a highly driven leader to head the Leadership Program from our London HQ. You will recruit, grow and manage a world-class team, orchestrate conferences, and drive the brand and strategy forward.

Expect a fast-paced environment with rapid growth and international travel as part of our overseas conferences. You should bring 4+ years in fast-moving environments, a top-tier degree (Bachelor’s, MBA a plus), and strong commercial awareness.

Qualificações

• +4 years’ experience from high-speed environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up).
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, maybe followed by an MBA.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team.
• Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
• Execute the strategy at a rapid pace.
• Develop the company’s brand as the go-to place for inspiration, knowledge and networking.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budget.
• Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress and ensure objectives are achieved.
• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.
