Job summary

SetSales is seeking a driven MBA graduate to lead growth as the central driver of the company. You will build and manage a world‑class team, oversee conferences, and execute the brand strategy to scale rapidly from London HQ.

You will recruit, develop and motivate staff, manage budgets, and expand business with existing clients while pursuing new opportunities across global conferences and events.
