Qualifications

• Prior digital start-up experience / Experience building, launching and/or scaling a start-up, venture or high-growth business.
• Strong commercial orientation, with accountability for growth and business performance.
• Exposure to subscription businesses and fintech.
• A hands-on approach and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong judgement and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch across product, technology, commercial and operational capabilities.
• Prove and scale the model using customer and commercial insight.
