What you'll do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activity for the Starting Fresh Programme, ensuring effective delivery of the scheme.
  • Work closely with people with convictions, understanding their background, skills and aspirations.
  • Have an eye for detail in organising documentation, files and records with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails, providing professional communication.
  • A commitment to social value and rehabilitation.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience working with people with lived experience of the Criminal Justice System.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Package Description

STARTING FRESH PROGRAMME COORDINATOR - FIXED TERM CONTRACT

  • Monday - Friday
  • 08:30am - 17:00pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • £25,451.70pa plus bonus + Sodexo benefits
  • 6 Month FTC with view to extend
  • Working from home with regular travel
