Chef & Cook is seeking a Chef de Partie for Rossella in Muswell Hill, London. You will join the starters team, preparing dishes to a high standard while learning additional sections for progression and pay increases.

The role offers 48–50 hours over 4 days, with an immediate start. Competitive hourly pay of £13–£14, plus benefits and ongoing training within a growing multi-site restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Experience working on starters or larder section.
• Ability to produce consistently high-quality food under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability.
• Positive attitude and desire to learn new sections and grow.

Responsibilities

• Run the starters section, preparing and plating dishes to a high standard.
• Learn and master additional kitchen sections as signed off, with progression pay increases.
