Qualifications

  • Valid safety qualification and security clearance are required.

Based - Wolverhampton (West Midlands) and Chorley (Lancashire)

ROLE DETAILS

You will be based at our offsite works facilities and be carrying out a range of tasks to support a start-up team. You'll be utilising the required systems and associated practices through the life cycle of the project, to ensure effective delivery of support to the function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Temporary Commissioning Aid (TCA)/Fault Observation (FOB) tracking/monitoring and Reporting and driving closure
  2. Collation of Commissioning Work Packages
  3. Collate information for Raw Data Files for Commissioning Test Documentation
  4. Commissioning Handover Certificates and supporting Handover Packs
  5. Commissioning Test Documents (CTD's) through appropriate Review Committee
  6. Quality checks of CTD results
  7. Quality checks of Staged Commissioning Reports
  8. Review of Safety Transfer Certificate and supporting lifetime records
  9. Awareness of training / SQEP status of commissioning team
  10. Control/Issue of Drawings
  11. Update/maintain Commissioning tracking systems to ensure full and accurate records are kept and auditable
  12. Carry out audits to ensure compliance of all systems across the Start-Up Team, e.g., drawing configuration, FOBs, TCAs, CTD, etc
  13. Monitor/update/maintain Training/SQEP status of Start-Up team (including Contractors), including prompting of what/when training required
  14. Understand the vision, goals, and strategies to deliver the Start-Up Programme to support successful project delivery
  15. Sharing LFE & Cross Project Communications
  16. Inputting progress into Plant Test Schedule enabling accurate performance monitoring
  17. Start-Up KPI reporting
  18. Monitoring and Tracking of Escalations & Actions
  19. Weekly/Monthly Project Reports for Commissioning Activities
KEY REQUIREMENTS

You'll ideally possess an NVQ level 3 in an engineering (or related subject), a valid safety qualification and be happy to be security cleared.
