We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House, Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team working for a high-profile client in Bristol, BS34 8SW.

STARS at Securitas provides a "two roles in one" service to our clients, combining excellent customer service across roles including Reception, Front of House, Concierge, Facilities, Office Management/Coordination, Administration, and third-party vendor management, along with a discreet security service.

  • 16 Hours per week
  • Thursday & Friday
  • 07:00 - 15:00
  • £13.01ph
Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet staff, visitors, and contractors professionally and personable
  • Deliver high-end customer-focused experiences
  • Encourage a high-performance approach among colleagues
  • Maintain high visual standards in the workplace
  • Collaborate with client contacts to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Assist in emergencies
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Respond to changing priorities
  • Build rapport with recurring customers
  • Represent Securitas and the client’s values and culture
Qualifications:

Essential criteria:
