Job summary

Welcome Break’s Starbucks store in Michaelwood, Dursley is seeking a Store Supervisor to help run a busy site and support the team on shift. Immediate start available and flexible full‑time or part‑time hours.

You’ll lead by example, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards across the Starbucks and Welcome Break brands, with a £10 meal allowance per shift and additional perks. Join a supportive management team and access progression opportunities toward Store Management
