Job summary

Welcome Break, Sedgemoor, Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset, BS24 0JL, is seeking a Store Supervisor to help run a busy site and support the team in delivering excellent customer experiences. Immediate start and flexible full-time or part-time hours available, with a £13.69/hour ceiling plus a £10 meal allowance per shift.

You’ll lead by example on shift, motivate staff, and develop leadership skills while working alongside supportive managers and aiming for progression into Store Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or catering and readiness to step up.
• Ability to motivate others and lead by example on shift.
• Pride in customer service and maintaining high standards.
