Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the Starbucks Store in Grantham. As a key holder, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager, promote sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee daily operations including beverage preparation and store cleanliness.
