Job Title: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Starbucks Store. As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager, acting as the right-hand person to the Store Managers.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role includes engaging with the team, preparing beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

This role may require late-night shifts and store closing responsibilities. Applicants must be 18 years or over.
