Job Title: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at the welcoming Starbucks Store! As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager and act as the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

This role may require late-night work and store closing duties. Applicants must be 18 years or over.
