Job Opportunity: Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Join our welcoming Starbucks Store as a Shift Supervisor! We are looking for a dedicated individual who can lead, inspire, and motivate our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager and act as a key support to our Store Managers.

Salary: £12.25 per hour

Bonus Scheme: Quarterly Bonus Incentive

1. Manage the store when the Manager is unavailable
2. Lead and motivate the team
