Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate our team at our welcoming Starbucks store. As a Team Leader, you will manage the store in the absence of the Manager, serving as their right-hand person.

Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth store operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will focus on leading and engaging the team, as well as participating in making beverages, maintaining store cleanliness, and serving customers.

This position may require late-night shifts and store closing, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.
