We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead, inspire, and motivate a team at our welcoming Starbucks Store! Our Team Leaders manage the store in the absence of the Manager and are essential to store operations.

The role involves ensuring smooth team operation, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include team engagement, beverage preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.

This position may require late-night shifts and store closing, and candidates must be 18 or over.
