EG Group in Bicester is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced store team, ensure beverage and food standards, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise shifts, support the Store Manager, and help keep operations running smoothly while fostering a welcoming customer experience.

• Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.

Hourly Rate: £13.65

In this role, you’ll help ensure our products are fresh, tasty, and readily available while delivering outstanding customer service. Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll prepare beverages, maintain excellent store standards, and support colleagues to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also take ownership of shifts in the Store Manager’s absence, making decisions and motivating the team to deliver great results every day.

Flexible working options available. Shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy travel periods. Full-time average shift 8 hours.
