• Build and develop a high-performing team by coaching, mentoring, and creating a positive environment.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire talent to deliver exceptional service and maximise opportunities.

• Lead your store to success by ensuring exceptional operational standards and delivering consistent excellence across customer service, food safety, hygiene, and Starbucks brand expectations.
