Cineworld Milton Keynes, located in the Xscape Centre, is one of the busiest cinemas in the Cineworld portfolio. It benefits from excellent public transport links and parking, situated in the heart of the city near a thriving shopping centre.

We are seeking a passionate Starbucks Barista to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to the success of our store. The ideal candidate will embrace the coffee culture and demonstrate a drive to provide a welcoming, high-quality experience for all customers.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture, and values.
2. Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.
3. Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to enhance the Starbucks Experience.
4. Following Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, security, and health and safety, to ensure safety for all.
