Village Hotels in Cardiff is seeking a Starbucks Team Member to join our vibrant hotel café. You’ll master macchiatos, greet guests with a warm smile, and keep the counter looking spotless even during rush hours.

You’ll thrive in fast-paced service, be a true team player, and bring care to presentation and food hygiene while minimising waste and handling the till with accuracy.

  This is about so much more than just pressing buttons on an espresso machine. It is about remembering that the regular from room 204 needs an extra shot to survive their Tuesday morning meeting. It is fast, you are constantly on your feet, and it requires a serious amount of personality. You will be making sure the coffee is flawless, the sandwiches are heated to perfection, and the whole place looks immaculate, even when it is absolutely jumping.
