The Three Oaks is available on our Management Agreement, Just Add Talent. It combines our tried-and-tested pub concept with industry-leading training and support for you and your team. The pub benefits from being one of two pubs found in an area of around 3,000 adults. The majority customer base is made up of a mixture of age groups from young families to mature adults on low to medium income.

The food currently makes up 15% of the pub's total sales.
